Situated at one of the highest points in Los Chivos, Viento Norte is a architectural masterpiece, conceived as a labor of love by international architect and exhibition curator Carlos Fierro. Completed just shy of five years ago and currently operating as a luxury Airbnb, this singular private residence combines concrete, glass, wood, and light in a cohesive, modern composition. Perched above Vieques, the house commands extraordinary 180-degree views across the Caribbean. The architecture is deliberately restrained, with a distinctly brutalist character softened by the warmth of its surroundings and the ever-changing Caribbean light.
